THE ITEM(S) SHOULD BE RETURNED NEW, UNUSED AND WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS. RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, DAMAGED, WASHED OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, AND MAY BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.
WHEN RETURNING, PLEASE INCLUDE THE INVOICE TO YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. AS SOON AS WE HAVE RECEIVED THE RETURN PACKAGE, THE ITEM(S) WILL GO THROUGH A QUALITY CONTROL CHECK. ONCE THE RETURN HAS BEEN ACCEPTED, ALL SUCCESSFULLY RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED TO ORIGINALLY PURCHASE THE ITEM(S). THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL NOTIFICATION ONCE THE REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR ON YOUR ACCOUNT.
WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST DURING THE SHIPMENT BACK TO US. THEREFORE WE RECOMMEND YOU TO KEEP A POSTAGE RECEIPT WITH TRACKING NUMBER AS PROOF THAT THE PACKAGE WAS SENT.
